The chairmen and general managers of nearly 60 enterprises from the Pearl River Delta region gathered at Zhuhai College of Beijing Institute of Technology to attend the inaugural meeting of School-Enterprise Association of Business School of Zhuhai College of Beijing Institute of Technology.

Business school enterprise Association currently has 51 enterprise member units such as Shenzhen bestman Precision Instrument Co., LTD.

Wang Taoguang, chairman of Beilizhu, delivered a speech at the inaugural meeting, expressing his gratitude and respect to the representatives of the school-enterprise federation present.

He said the entrepreneurs are highly innovative talents with great responsibilities in leading the team, promoting enterprise development and serving the local economy.

It is hoped that the Association of Business Schools and enterprises will give full play to its role as a link between schools and enterprises to exchange needed goods, a bridge for the flow of human resources and a platform for collaborative education, and make fruitful achievements in promoting industry-university-research cooperation.

After the inaugural meeting, the participants visited the laboratory of BeIZhu Business School and held a seminar on school-enterprise cooperation.

The symposium was held in groups and in different specialties. The entrepreneurs actively expressed their views and made Suggestions for the development of the School-enterprise Federation.

Bai Yong, chairman of Shenzhen bestman Precision Instrument Co., LTD., put forward Suggestions and opinions on school-enterprise cooperation and enterprise donation and expressed his wish to carry out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation with Beizhu.

President Bai said that Beili Pearl School has an advanced school philosophy and attaches great importance to the practice of talent training. He hopes to cooperate with the school to launch a talent training plan in the future, explore the school-enterprise cooperation model and build the brand.

In the future, bestman hopes to develop in-depth cooperation with the university in human resources, marketing and international trade.

The head of BeIZhu Business School said that in the next step, school-enterprise association will play a role as a bridge to carry out targeted cooperation based on the development needs of school-enterprise both sides.

In terms of talent training, we will focus on three cooperation projects, namely inviting enterprises and schools to jointly create a vocational pre-training curriculum system.

Cooperate with enterprises in case teaching, integrate and offer general education courses;
