Increasingly repetitive work content, physically and mentally exhausted working conditions, the leadership of Bestman noticed and organized an internal group activity for the company's employees, the fifth ping pong tournament.

Core significance and value of this activity 

1. Enhance team cohesion 

 In this activity, employees build trust in informal scenarios, break down departmental barriers, and improve the efficiency of cross-team cooperation. In the competition, the goal of victory strengthens the employees' sense of belonging to the team and forms the consensus of “we are a team”.

 Under the high pressure of a long period of tautness, the activity fully relieves the pressure on the work, releases stress, reduces anxiety, and improves the mental health of employees. Promote physical exercise to improve overall work efficiency.
